OUR JOURNEY
In the heart of Thika, a group of visionary leaders and educators came together with a shared dream: to establish an institution that would revolutionise health sciences education in Kenya. In the year 2020, JFC Munene College of Health Sciences was founded with the mission to provide quality education and training, fostering the development of competent and compassionate healthcare leaders. Our vision was clear: “to be a training leader through research, technology, and lifelong learning
Key Milestone
From our humble beginnings, we have achieved numerous milestones that mark our growth and success. In 2020 we received accreditation from the Kenya Nutritionists and Dietetics Institute, followed by recognition from the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) under the Ministry of Education in the year 2021. These accreditations validated our commitment to high educational standards and quality training.
In 2021 we expanded our programs to include advanced diploma courses, catering to the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. Our continuous pursuit of excellence led to the inauguration of a state-of-the-art simulation lab in 2022, providing students with hands-on, practical experience in a controlled environment.
Growth and Development
Over the years, JFC Munene College of Health Sciences has grown both in size and scope.
