JFC Rotaract Club Chartered: A Milestone in Service and Leadership

Celebrating the Chartering of JFC Munene College’s Rotaract Club

JFC Munene College of Health Sciences is thrilled to announce the official chartering of its own Rotary Club, a significant milestone in fostering a culture of service and leadership within our institution. The Charter Party event, held at the Thika campus, was attended by college Directors Madam Cecilia Ochol and Mr. Epaphras Ndei, along with the Principal, Corporate Affairs Manager, Registrar, Dean, students, and members of the JFC Rotary Club, who came together to commemorate this important achievement.

This formal induction of the JFC Rotaract Club into Rotary International not only places our students within a globally recognized network but also provides them with valuable avenues for personal growth, leadership development, and community engagement. Through their membership, students are encouraged to take on projects that make a positive impact on society while honing skills in teamwork, project management, and public speaking. Such experiences are invaluable for students’ academic and personal lives, preparing them to be compassionate, capable leaders both within and beyond their chosen healthcare fields.

Participation in the Rotaract Club instills in students a strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and global citizenship. It enables them to connect with mentors, build professional networks, and engage in initiatives that build their confidence and capacity to lead. The Rotary Club of JFC College stands as a testament to our commitment to nurturing well-rounded, socially responsible healthcare professionals who are ready to give back to their communities and lead with integrity.

Congratulations to the members of the JFC Rotaract Club and to all who supported this journey. We look forward to seeing the impactful projects and inspiring initiatives that will emerge from this new chapter in JFC Munene College’s story.
