1st International HerboMed Conference 2027

Advancing Integrative Health Excellence through Research, Innovation and Youth Enterprise

JFC Munene College of Health Sciences, in collaboration with Busitema University, invites researchers, academicians, healthcare professionals, herbal medicine practitioners, policymakers, innovators, students, entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders to the 1st International HerboMed Conference 2027.

The three-day international conference will create a multidisciplinary platform for advancing evidence-based herbal and integrative healthcare, strengthening scientific research, examining safety and regulation, promoting innovation and protecting valuable indigenous knowledge.

Participants will have opportunities to present research, engage with experts, establish professional and institutional collaborations, showcase innovations and explore the growing potential of sustainable natural-product and herbal-health enterprises.

Key Areas of Focus

The conference will explore areas including phytochemistry and pharmacognosy, ethnopharmacology, clinical safety validation, integrative healthcare, herbal medicine regulation and policy, natural-product innovation, sustainable herbal value chains and indigenous knowledge preservation.

Call for Abstracts

Researchers, practitioners, students and innovators are invited to contribute original work to the conference.
